I am departing on this trip with the intention of getting the most out of it. I will challenge myself to reach beyond the familiar, opening my heart and mind to new experiences and new people. I will share myself with others, and in turn invite different points of view. I will live in the present moment, find joy in simple pleasures, welcome the opportunity for personal growth, and be proud of myself for my new accomplishments.
